Fall is upon us. One of my goals this year is to workout with people/groups more. Thus, this thread :) . (If it matters) I am 26 male, okay speed (looking to be fast as hell in 2008). My winter is setup for long and slow, technique driven workouts on all three disciplines and a couple of days in the weight room. I typically workout either before work (5:30am-7:30am) or after work (5:30-whenever). Let me know if you would like some company in the Seattle area.
