Hi, I have a duathlon (run-bike-run -> 3.1 mi - 14mi - 3.1 mi) coming up soon and I had a question.

What shorts do you wear?
Should I just buy cycling shorts - or are they not good for the run
Or are tri shorts better to wear

Thank you, all input would be appreciated

just tri shorts, cycling shorts are often too generousily padded and bulky for running.

Pearl Izumi and DeSoto are great picks, but everyone is different so if you have a local shop around try on few brands to see what works for you.

Yup... John's got it. Including the brands I would have mentioned ;)

Right on the trishorts - just get a couple runs and rides in with them before racing with them. Make sure no chafing or uncomfortable spots.
