im moving to lansing, MI in jan. for grad school. any tri info/clubs in area? good stores, trails, races etc? i live in SE Wisconsin now and do not know much about lansing and the surrounding area. i plan to train especially hard starting in april for IM distance. any info would be nice, gracias.

Check out http://msutriathlon.com/. There are races in MI every weekend so there is always plenty to do. You'll be about an hour or less from just about all of them. As for training I live closer to Detroit so I am not familiar with any groups in that area but the MSU Tri page should help.

Hey Buddy:

I just started my first year of law school too. I find the key to keeping sane, is working hard all day in class, and then come home and train hard, and then start studying again that night.

The break augments your concentration and attention span.
