I have been look at alot of pro riders out there and most of them are useing R bend bars I went to my local bike shop in presuit of trying a pair out when I got on a Felt DA that had Vision R's on it by wrist felt like they were going down (bending). Are R bend the best and just take time to get us to

I use S-bends, which are very similar to R-bends. It took me a couple days to get used to them when I first got them. I definitely wouldn't switch back to my old bars now, though.

Not so much that they are the "best." I just like the variety of hand positions available on them and personally find them very comfortable. Unless I am under a high power effort, I just rest my hand on top, with my pinkies off to the side of the bar for some control.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

I seam to ride high on my TRIMAX more on the shifters I like to shift alot thats why I like the R bend or S bend bars My arms I think will be more straight or Aero

They're supposed to be both comfortable and aero. The bars themselves aren't going to make you appreciably more aero, but hopefully they can help you get your body into a more aero position without making you uncomfortable. I don't know what you mean by "ride high". Are you stretching out farther? Do you just sit your hands up top?

If it's just a shifting issue and you want to get R-bends, then get them. I rest my hands on the shifters, too, but because they point straight out my hands are still in line with my arms. They probably won't make you any faster, but if they end up being more comfortable, then they're worth it.
