Two good ones that are fairly reputable are:

performancebike.com

and

bikenashbar.com

At performance bike, they are always having 10%-20% off sales, you just have to wait for them.

Other options are to go to froogle.com. It is run by google and you just type in what you are looking for, and it will search the web for the best deals around.

Also, you can always go to ebay if you don't mind getting used stuff.

probikekit.com

totalcycling.com

Both are in the UK and have great delivery reputations here in Oz. People over here rate them.

Oh, I get it... at first I thought the name was strange, but then I remembered that it's British... As in, "hey... that's some nice kit, mate" We'd say, "dude, sweet gear, bro".

Wheels: http://neuvationcycling.com/

Clothing: http://www.longscycle.com/

Ebay for bike parts. Example: I won a bid on an Ultegra 10 spd crankset and bottom bracket for $105. Retails for $250-300.

Don't be afraid to go with 9 speed stuff. It's very reliable and much cheaper than 10 spd.

I swear on E-Bay as long as you check their feedback and auction history. I purchased a new Kuota Kaliber with all the trimmings for about half of the retail value. This is the bike that Norman Stadler broke the bike course record in 2004 and last year 2006 at the Kona Ironman.
