I did it last year and it was cold that day - most people wore wetsuits. There's a group of us going up this weekend to do an ows at Mary Alice Park and then ride the bike course since they changed the route from last year. Look for our tent on race day - North Atlant Multisport Club.

If anybody out there wants to strap on the feedbag after this race, I'll be at Old Mcdonalds BBQ with few folks.
Real back woods, red neck BBQ. Perfect for telling stories of race day glory and expanding waistlines.
Anybody going up to Lake Lanier for the Emerald Pointe Sprint on October 7th? Anybody do the race last year?
Both my wife and myself are doing this race. We are trying to decide if she will need a wetsuit.
