Always do at least one over-ride in your IM prep. Great aerobic training as it's the longest thing you can do "in the zone" and it's a great bike confidence builder, Prior to IMAZ I did a 132 mile ride and today I went 120.5 miles in 5:28:00, 22mph, 144HR, and 4320 feet of climbing. Felt......AWESOME. :)
