I have not posted on this site yet but today is the day!
I finally competed in my first triathlon this weekend at Lake Geneva, WI.
It was incredible.
First I would like to thank everyone for all the posts you have put on here. All the info you are putting out has helped me a tremendous alot so thank you to each and everyone of you who posts. Up until now I have been quite a voyeur and just tried to soak up all the info I could, maybe now that I'm officially a "triathlete" i'll post more.
Anyways...long story short...I GOT 3rd IN MY AGE GROUP!! And 21st overall out of 158!!
I was so freaking excited!!
It was the super sprint at the lake geneva triathlon. I finished in 1:11:04!!! I'll post a full race report in the race report section for all of those who would love to know how it all went down.
Also, the addiction has started....next tri - US Open in Dallas, TX Oct 14th...woohoo! hope to see you there!
