tube change?

Keep the tubes until you have a flat. Tubes can have a really long life unless punctured.
Just keep the tires inflated. THey'll lose pressure over time. I inflate mine to 120psi and a few days later they are down to 90. So, make sure and pump up your tires before every ride.

I have had the same tubes on my training wheels for over a year and have never had a flat with them. I have put thousands of miles on them. I would not be concerned about it. If you get up to 6 months and have a rece coming up, you could change them, but it wouldn't be for anything but peace of mind.
You can just leave them inflated because over a few days, they lose pressure.

Newbie biking question...
I've had the same tubes in my tires for almost 4 weeks now... two races, umpteen training miles, etc- I think it's a miracle.... however, my concern is- do tubes get fatigued/worn? I have another race coming up and I'm seriously wondering if i should change the tubes, or just stick with these miracle performers?
Also, do you always keep your tires fully inflated, or does one deflate them if your not going to ride for a while?
Thanks in advance!
