Swim- 7,900 yards
Bike- 124.8 miles
Run- 42.3 miles
Total Time- 14 hours

Because of our trip to San Diego, I ended up running a lot last week and this week. Which is good, because my run has been MIA. Started off the week with a MAF test at the track:
8/14/07- Average test pace- 7:10/mile
9/4/07- Average test pace- 7:00/mile
So that's getting better. Need to see some mid 6's to make me happy, but it's coming on.
I had a brutal 40K bike Time Trial (Dan, you know the one!) on the CompuTrainer. I managed to push 264 watts for just over an hour @ 161HR. The CompuTrainer is torture, but I was ok with the results. I would still love to do a FPT test outdoors and see what I can do. I think I could be in the mid 270's, but I don't train with power anyway.

Next up, like the next day, I did 13x400 meter repeats at the track. Fun! My fastest was 1:14 and I averaged 1:16 keeping my HR in the mid to high 170's. My last one I hit 177, which is getting close to max, so that was very good as I was so beat.
Did a brick on Saturday with a 100 mile ride averaging 21.8 mph followed by a 30min run. I'll take that as my HR was only 142 on the bike. But the best was today. A 20 mile run, 144HR, 7:13 pace. All the track work is bringing my run back to me. I was very happy! This week- THE BIKE!

Nice run, Brian! Very impressive split for such a low HR.
