It was great. Swim was brutal, lots of people complained afterwards about the contact. Bike actually took really easy first 40 miles on Rich Straus and Pat McCranns advice. Hurt foot on start of run (damn achilles). Was able to 'run' but at a limited speed, in fact I think I negative split or even split the marathon cause I was only able to run so fast didnt' get too tired. Awesome day though, looked for Trifuel jerseys out there. Full report to follow.

Congrats, all!
Great job, Team Trifuel.... you guys kicked butt out there today. I am proud to be among such company.
Thanks for the support and good vibes everyone. As mentioned, it was a beautiful day and a frustating day-- bike problems. If it wasn't for the tech guys, Rob and Jeremy from Inside Out, my day would have ended at 56 miles. More on that later.
Congrats to all trifuel finishers, you guys rock!
I saw Frank Farrar on the run, that guy is awesome.
Now, I need go get some solid food

Great races and congrats to everyone!
I had an great time spectating--saw RV 3 times and someone (Tim?) in a Trifuel jersey during the run. It was about as close to perfect weather as you could possibly have hoped for.
Congrats and great job everyone : )

I'm back home in CO with my dogs. What an absolutely perfect day for a race!
I saw one guy in last year's trifuel kit and someone yelled "go trifuel" or something like that as I was coming around the turn onto State St., heading toward the capitol. After dinner, we came back to the finish and cheered a few finishers on their way down the chute. One guy came walking in smoking a cigar!
Now, I just have to figure out which one to sign up for next year...
