How does that work? Isn't the Boston marathon the one that you have to qualify for under a certain time in another certified marathon?

S: 500m in 10:00 – FS Stroke only
B: 22mph avg over course
R: 5K <= 25:00
Place top 50% for my age group

Indeed, you must qualify. For my AG, men 30-40, it was a sub 3:15 marathon. I ran a 2:59 at Phoenix this year.

OMFG, and here I was thinking... "I'll be able to qualify for Boston when I am older..." What's the time for Women over 75? That's probably more like my time.

I am very excited to do this race having gone to college in Boston and spending every patriots Day watching the race....with a beer in my hand! Anybody else going next year?
