First off, best of luck this Sunday. I'll be around for the bike & run to cheer you guys on.
Second, the mosquitos around here have been epic the last few days due to some massive rains in mid-August. According to this article, Madison is the same. http://www.madison.com/tct/news/218967
It shouldn't be a problem on the bike, but you may want to think about repellent for the run.
