Howdy,

I've been out of training for 2 years (injury) and am now starting back. I'm looking for some testing services in Milwaukee. I'm looking to have my resting metabolic rate tested, and my LT threshold for biking and running. Is there any places in the area that do that?

In addition, who's the best bike setup guy in the area?

Glad that you are getting back into it.

They are located in Pewaukee - I believe they have a Milwaukee site as well. They do all the testing - John is FIST certified and does a great bike fit. I've been happy with them - worth checking out.
And they give a discount if a member of TriWisconsin (triathlete club) http://www.triwisconsin.org/

Edit: I am assuming that you meant Milwaukee, Wi - saw that you listed your location as Atlanta...

Thanks for the info. I do live in Atlanta but I'm working in Milwaukee for a while. I'll call them tomorrow.

i live in pewaukee, near transition, and i must agree that they do great work. they have a great facility, great staff and carry great products.

just south of mke, in kenosha, is triathlon world. they also do great fittings and carry great gear.

You can also look at Bicycle Doctor in Dousman, WI. The Doc and his crew are FIST Certified as well and the also carry many different brands than transition.
