I suffered ITB about five years ago and have the same pain on my opposite knee. I'm sure that's what it is. I wouldn't be suprised either since I'm training for a 1/2 ironman and a marathon. Lots and Lots of mileage. Anyway, my 1/2 ironman is next weekend and I'm in lots of pain! Any suggestions, besides lots of rest? I know it takes rest and time to heel, but I don't have much time. I'm looking for some good suggestions.

Celebrex. Worked for me. After your race get into see a good physical therapist.

Greatness is only achieved by those who perpetually raise the expectations of themselves to the point where it ruins their life.
