If its a recurring problem I would go see a podiatrist and get it cut out. I'm not sure that you would be able to fix the problem long term on your own.

Hello to all,
I've started retraining after missing last season. I have 6 months to get a good run and trim back down, but I'm having trouble with my feet. Does anybody (as gross as this is) have a good way to deal with an ingrown toe-nail?
