Here is what my schedule looks like for the next 2 months:

HIM - September 9th
Sprint - September 23
Sprint - October 7

I am finishing up my HIM program. What should my schedule consist of once that is completed? I plan on taking a few days off after the HIM, and then do some short speed workouts leading up to the sprints. The volume will be way down. I usually do a 3-day taper for the sprints.

I want to compete in the sprints so I want to be tuned and ready. Any advice will be appreciated.
