Hey all,

I haven't been around here in a little while, but I did my first IM on Sunday and noticed a bunch of Trifueler signs on the course, which was totally sweet.

I was wearing my trifuel visor for the run and BBB was there when I crossed the finish line. We hadn't met before so that was cool.

I just wanted to say thanks, both for the signage which I used for some motivation, and for the info I've absorbed from all of you over the last few years.

The race was hard as hell, but I finished it. I'll write a nice long race report when I get some time. It'll probably be a doozy...

Hey, well done!
I wanted to look up your results, compare times, and so on.. but I don't know your name, bib number or anything - too many people from Vancouver to tell.

I'm glad the signs helped motivate you! They were fun to make! Sorry we didn't get to meet you. It would have been cool to have you join us for dinner.

Next time...

Did you sign up for 2008?? :)
