Just a quick shout to everyone and trying to be more active on this site. I have an Exercise Science degree and an expired Personal trainer cert. so I would love to be of help to anyone where I can. I've posted once or twice and everyone has been great so I am going to try to reply often and see how it goes. I am new to the longer distance tris (steelhead 2007 and IMFLA in Nov.) and loving the "trip" so far.
