Well it was pretty painful and it was really hot (but that was expected since it was Hotter 'n Hell 100). Me and my 3 triathlon teammates held about a 20.5 average (not including rest stops). And the worst part is that at mile 70 I took a pretty nasty spill. Ripped up my whole right arm, hip, and ankle. The medic that came in the truck wanted to drive me to the next aid station to get further looked at but there was no way I was gonna go 70 miles and then not finish. So the whole race actually took about 7 hours. So overally Im pretty happy about my first century!
