Seatpost with Adjustable Geometry?

Profile Design makes what they call a fast-forward seatpost that steepens up the seat angle. Of course you'd have to play around with the fit a little, but I think that could get you to 76 degrees or steeper, b/c I see a lot of people use those seatposts if they have a European tri-bike like Orbea, Look, Pinarello, etc, because those geometries are really slack, more for TT than tri.

I have a trek 1500 that a have coverted to a tri bike. I put the Profile Design carbon fast forward seat post on and profle t- wing bar with bar end shifters I really like it a mt leg never hurt. I also have this bike for sale on here you can see the seat post and bar set up in the classifed forum

Hello,
Currently I have a road bike (a felt f70) with some clip on aero bars. The seatpost geometry is at 73.5 degrees and I really want to increase that--maybe to 76-78 degrees--essentially mocking a triathlon bike geometry. I've heard the increased geometry saves the hamstrings and I've noticed pain in that area during the first half of my runs at races. Does anyone know if there are seatposts that can do this sort of thing? Would it even be worth it to purchase one? Would the road bike frame hinder an increased seatpost anyway?
On a side note, how much difference does a triathlon geometry really make? Are we talking seconds here or minutes in regards to an Olympic race? How about for an Ironman distance?
Thanks,
