Three things to remember on race day:
1. SWIM: (In the words of Jerry Seinfeld) "You've got to swim and breathe, don't die, don't die...'cause living is good and dying is...not as good!"
2. BIKE: "What goes up, must come down"...enjoy the ride!

That is still better than at IMWI last year - There was a guy (spectator) in full drag - right down to high heels holding up a sign that said "Free at the Finish" :eek:

Those "shorts" are hilarious. I would also crash or trip over myself if I see that on the course.
GOOD LUCK TO ALL TOMORROW. I will be following you guys on Iron Man Live.
As you inch your way into the water, remember to take this race, ONE MILE AT THE TIME, and enjoy every minute of it because it will be over way to soon. Have a blast out there.
