Not really that I know of. You need something that insulates you from the cold water and a wetsuit or a drysuit are the only thing that I know of. Other than if you drink a ton of water before hand, you can warm yourself up ever few minutes.

Are there any alternatives to wet suits that are legal for triathlon? It is getting to be that time of year and the water is gettting cold and Neoprene make me break out into a nasty rash.
