Kona Training Week 6
keeping watts above 230 for an entire workout is nuts. Glad to see the training is going well.

Congratulations Brian!
Only reading about that got me tired. I had my A race on Saturday and had to drive back home almost 7 hours on Sunday. Got up early yesterday and had my mom´s birthday dinner party last night (yep on Monday) I´m sitting at my desk with a large cup of coffee (which i never drink) and only want my bed right now.
Hyperactive Trifueler!!!! (I refuse to let the status go :p)

Swim- 12,400 yards
Run- 33.9 miles
Bike- 102 miles
Total Time- 12:36:00
This was an easy week on the time and volume. I began the week with a MAF test at the track and averaged 7:10 per mile at 148HR, so that's ok but I still need to get back down to the mid 6's. Had a lot of quality swim workouts. Only rode twice, once on the Computrainer where I did a spin class but my coach made me kee p my watts above 230 the ENTIRE time. That was an hour with a lot of pushing. It gets's so hard to keep your watts up spinning in a low gear but great for stregnth. I also did a 4 hour, 82 mile ride with nearly 4000 feet of climbing on Saturday and a good 13 mile run on Sunday at 7:26 pace, cadence is coming back up.
