Looks like a fun course. They sometimes look a lot worse on the elevation charts. If it is in the area - go drive the course and "see" what it is really like.
It looks like good courses for both the run and bike.

Hmmm... it looks to me like total variance is only about 22m, so ~66 feet. Actually sounds kind of flat. Am I missing something?
Never mind, that was the run. Yep, looks rolling! Enjoy it though, not that bad.


Kinda botched my training for this summer - had too much on my hands and haven't been able to give it the time and attention it deserves, so i've registered for this tri:

Does the cycle or run course look a bit daunting to anyone?
