Would love to do it doesn't fit in the schedule. West Point is an incredible place. The Hudson seems to be a bit cleaner up river from Manhatten. Good luck.

Actually the tri is at Camp Buckner(part of West Point) It has a fresh water spring fed lake with NO motor boats on it.
Pristine, you could drink from this lake
The water is at least in the low 70's and some years it is almost 80.

It helps the lake isn't loaded with diesel fuel, dead rats, human waste and probably some toxic waste like the lower Hudson! :eek:

nice race Scott, way to keep those legs movin. i'll have to try that one next year, sounds like a well run event.
