WDYD This weekend?
That's because it all goes down over on endurable.us now :)
We already know about you and Anton being workout buddies this weekend!
I got in my last big weekend: Sat did a 7.5 run, 46.5 bike, and 2100 swim, and finished the Harry Potter book for recovery. Sunday got in 80 miles on the bike.

Sat. 40 mile bike solo.
Sun. 50 minute run with Mrs. PJT.
We also volunteered at a local sprint on Sunday morning--flagging an intersection that had bikers coming from 2 directions. Mrs. PJT also did an impromptu bit of sag wagon work. Good fun.
Saturday morning: took my husband over to get an oil change at the dealer, and somehow we both ended up leasing new cars :p Sunday: got up earlier than ever and ran 9-miles with a local ultra running group. Monday: enjoying the new wheels :)

Saturday: Up at 5 am, still sleeping in hospital on cot in room with wife/newborn. Ate crappy hospital cafeteria breakfast. Took wife home at 11:00 am. Got settled in, waited for family to come visit, left for bike ride at around 1:30 or so. 105 miles with 7,000 feet of climbing at 18.7mph avg followed by 4 mile run.
Sunday, up early, not much sleep again but at least in own bed. Played with kids, visited with family that came to see baby, went for 11 mile run at around 5:00, two really big hills but kept HR avg in zone 2 and held a 7:50 pace.
Sunday night...SLEPT!!!

All I know is I somehow feel like a slacker now:
Saturday swim for 25 minutes in the pool
Sunday tried to do a 10K and only made it 2/3rds of the way, hung out on ym boat for a few hours and then did yard work.
No sure why, but the yard work still leaves me feeling sore - I don't see how those landscape guys do it!

I know but I still like the WDYD thred for those who haven't jumped over.
I love the WDYD thread...I like endurable, but only have so much time in a day...and some days I just don't get to it...

I like this thread too - makes me realize what a slacker I can be!

Softball again on Sunday

Yeah, I like the thread too... just sometimes I feel like I type this stuff too many times! In my trifuel log, endurable, the WDYD thread, my blog (sometimes 2 of those), my GPS training log (oh yeah there are 2 of those)... and I don't think that's it! :)

Every August 12 since 1997 I do the Dukie Ride in memory of my faithful mutt who died that day ten years ago.
At first, the ride was a way of coping with his loss, instead of just sitting around bawling my eyes out. Now it is a pleasurable remembrance of a creature I will miss for the rest of my days.

pulled the little boy in the Burley for 30mi over eight bridges around town for Bridgepedal (a fun ride over roads that are normally closed to bikers, such as the interstate). about 20k bikers participated (!) so it's the one time where there's real traffic made up of bikers
Saturday I had work to do.
Sunday I went to the Toronto Island, to check out and try the biking course for the triathlon there next week. It's going to be my first tri! :)

ok, that makes me sad. My 2 beagle-kids are getting older now (12 and 13) and I dont want to even THINK about that.
Did a 60 mile ride Sat and a 10 mile run, hr swim Sunday.
2 weeks and counting!!!
I'm not much of a talker or blogger but I like this thread too. Saturday 28 miles ride, 40 minutes ows in the ocean and 12 hours sleep time. Sunday: 13.1 miles run
May seem lame in comparison but it was big for me. I have my first tri in a few days so Saturday I did a practice ( must have looked pretty funny paying $5 to swim and staying in there a few minutes, grabbing my towel and running to my car as fast as I could!). Came in right at goal time and that gave me a confidence boost. It was hauling the wood scraps around the yard with my husband that really did me in :)

I haven't seen this in a while.
Saturday-up at 5 am Met Anton, Mountain bike 2 1/2 hours at a comforatble pace on trails, followed by 30 minute run.
Sunday-up at 5 am(again) met up with Anton again, Ran for about 2 hours(and talked too) :D
