It's kind of tough because they don't give specs on the Lucero. Assuming they have fairly similar builds, it's kind of a toss up. But of course, that's just assuming.

Usually lucero's are a step down in components from Seduza, but like gator said without having the specs it is tough to decide.
some things to consider are that Lucero is tried and true. Seduza's have only been around for a couple of years. With that in mind it is fairly true that QR does extensive testing before they release a new frame. Their geometries are almost identical.
They are so similar that it is a tough call. Basically there are almost identical frames and assuming the components are the same the only real difference is that they tried to make the Seduza more for performance and the lucero is going to be a little more comfortable. Personally, I'll bet the differences are almost nothing but I know that was their intention with the seduza.
