Has anyone on here ever partcipated in this race? It's located in Polk City, Iowa and takes place this next weekend, Sunday, August 12. All I know is that it is one of the oldest triahtlon's in Iowa, which probably isn't saying much...but the times from old results look pretty competitive. Any advice, knowledge, general information, etc. would be appreciated.
