What is your favorite? I love peanut butter and honey sandwiches and a ton of water.

+1, except I skip the whole "glass" thing - the chocolate milk is straight from the bottle :)

If I've got the money, 12" sweet onion chicken teryaki on wheat from Subway! If I don't have the money, Grape Nuts w/ blackberries and fat free milk. Not near as good but it serves its purpose.

The race is just the finale to all of your training. Enjoy the celebration.

I use two packages of the Quaker reduced sugar with a scoop of vanilla protein powder in hot water, and after it is properly mixed, I mix in 2 tablespoons of wheat germ.
Works perfect for me, and not bad tasting.

Probably Cereal. I eat more cereal in a week than most families do in a month!

Put a box of Honey Bunches of Oats or Special K Almond in front of me and watch a show take place!

Whiz it up in a Blender..

Yum;)
