It's a scam. Any time an eBay item description tells you not to bid and instead instructs you to email the seller, rest assured that it is a scam.
My guess is that the seller's account was hijacked by a scammer. The email address in the item description is not the seller's. You email that address to buy the bike, he gets your payment info, and you never see a bike.

You should report the ad as fraud. I always do. It helps keep people from getting suckered.

Hey guys, just browsing on E-bay and there is a guy selling P3C's in various sizes brand new for $1200. I have got to assume that this is some kind of scam? The ad is one of the feautured ads that is highlighted at the top of the page after you do the search, don't know if that gives it legitimacy. Thoughts??, I want to jump on this deal but I am way too uncomfortable with such a low price on Ebay. Any thoughts?????
