cleat adapter for shoes??

I am pretty sure that almost any road shoe can be adapted to the Look cleat with the adapter kit that should come with the cleat/pedal system.
My Specialized shoes work great with my Speedplay Zero's, but I have never tried Looks.
If you have mountain shoes, you may be out of luck, but you can always ask the guys at your LBS.

I have nice shamino pedals with carbon soles which I have love, but I hate the SPD cleats and the pedals. Much more a fan of the Look style pedals. Is there any cleat adapters out there I could get. Haven't had luck finding anything on the net.
