After learning so much about our sport from my tri brothers and sisters, I felt it was time to give back to our online family. I'd like to do that by building an archive of tips and tricks dedicated to the fourth sport of triathlon: the transition.

The OutdoorJourney.com and Nuun Active Hydration have announced a contest to find the best T1 and T2 transition tips.

Starting Wednesday, July 18, triathletes can submit their favorite transition tip. A tri-celebrity panel of judges (including TriFuel founder and editor, and our main man, Paul Lieto) will pick the top T1 (swim to bike) and the top T2 (bike to run) tip. The winner of each category will receive a one-year supply of nuun.
