Hey all so this weekend I went up and visited the course. The water I would consider wetsuit optional. I did 2 swims in it one with the wetsuit and one without and didn't freeze on the second one. However atleast where I was swimming there were some mildly sharp rocks on the lake bed so be carefull. The bike course looks really fun its a mild climb out (with some smaller hills) and then of course the opposite on the way back in. The run course was almost flat with only one minor hill. Looks like an awsome course and best of luck to all of you out there!

Anyone else doing the mountain man tri on the 22nd up in Flagstaff,AZ? Here is a link I'm only doing the sprint but know a few people doing the oly. Anyone from here?
