Just wanted to let everybody know,my wife gave birth to our 4th little triathlete on Sat, 07-07-07. All is well and hopefully now I can really get back to good training leading up to IMKY. Hasn't been as fun riding the same 10 mile loop over and over so that I don't get too far from the house. The long training hours sure are going to be tough on so little sleep, but oh well, such is life.:)

Thanks guys. We're real excited. Looking forward to meeting you Kyillee and any other TFers at IMKY. Tribro, I'm gonna have to pass on the full tour team. My wife says she's done! And says I'm done too. Not real sure how to take that.

It would be hard not to forget the little triathlete's birthday, that's for sure.

You must have your hands full with that many and training for IMKY. Looking forward to a race report.

hehe I'm suck a geek... I just had the thought that it's cool with that birthday that he never has to read on forms if they want dd/mm/yy, or mm/dd/yy... That's kinda cool.

The first few days have been tough. However, I've been doing all of my training at lunch and after work. Can't get up early right now and train. Not enough sleep. Luckily, the other kids are old enough(6,7,and 10) that they can do a lot of things for themselves. They have been wearing out the Playstation the last couple of weeks. Kinda worried though. I'd been dealing with some IT band issues a few months back and thought I had it taken care of. But had a little flare up recently so I'm taking the running easy right now. I;m not going to be anywhere near ready with my running volume in time for IMKY, but the good thing is I have no problems when swimming or biking. I've often heard it said though, that it's better to be undertrained than overtrained. Hopefully I won't be too undertrained. And my main goal is just to finish anyway.
