Looking for a good training program for the running leg - olympic distance. Any help is welcomed.

depends on your running experience, time running, miles per week, races, etc.

Running Times mag. has various levels of 10K training, but search around the web to see what fits you. http://www.runningtimes.com/rt/articles/category/?id=36

The key to any training, start out slow and build, don't run yourself into an injury.
