what's the most neutral flavor? I generally hate flavors in my gel... I like the PLAIN powerbar gels. I just think they are way too sweet already without any chocolate, or strawberry, etc... Rec's?

eGel all has a pretty strong taste. I think the strawberry is really sweet. The mountain rush (I think they call it -- green one) is a citrus. Still pretty sweet but not as overwhelming. Honestly, if you like the plain ones, you might want to just stick with a different brand.
I'm also not convinced that they are the cheapest, although I did use to use them almost exclusively and do like them ;)

performancebike.com has some good prices (as does their stores if you have a local one--also I learned that they will honor the online prices in the store if online is cheaper).

Thanks for that... yeah, I wasn't impressed with their rationalization of "cheaper" I mean, I get it... more calories per pkg= more calories per $, but I think i'd rather stick with the smaller "doses"...
