They'll give you about a 4-8% effective power advantage. The better the position, the more it'll help. They're not too hot. The best one is the one that rests the closest to your back while sitting comfortably in your aero tuck. You'll have to try them on to find that out, but if you can't they'll all be close to the same anyway.

have been looking at the aero's How many people use these?
do they help (speed)? are they hot? witch one is the best?
I was look at the SPIUK Kronos but I do like the GIRO Advantage 2. I have never try them on>
