LOL....I'll try that next time she starts giving me any lip. I can just see it now.
Me : "Honey, I'm going for a ride"
Her: "Okay, when will you be back"
Me: "In about six hours!"
Her: "WHAT?!?"
Me: "Oh yeah, I will be running for 30-40 minutes as soon as I get back too."
Her: "You are going to be gone how long and then....."
At this point she can't finish her sentence as I have stripped off my jersey and am parading around the hosue sans shirt wearing my helmet, cycling shorts and nothing else.
I imagine that will quiet her up, although I'm not sure in a good way!
Seriously though, I post my workouts on a calander in the kitchen at the beginning of each month so I don't get in too much trouble when I'm gone.:)

After months of base training and 10-16 hour week averages and long rides capping off at about 70 miles I just had my holy $h*t moment when I got my plan from my coach. Next 4 weekends look like this:
7/7 112 mile ride/4 mile run.
7/8 30 min each swim, bike, run all zone 1.
7/14 Race (bike TT)
7/15 3 hour ride/1 hour run.
7/21 3 hour ride/1 hour run
7/22 2 hour run
7/28 bike minumum 120 mile to 140 miles
7/29 Run 2:15
This is in addition to all of my weekday workouts stepping up too!
I will either be in great shape or divorced come August 1!
