I just replace my F19s last week after about 2-3000 miles. I only paid like $10 for the new ones, so it didn't seem like a big deal.

I have had the same exact problem lately and I just saw an article that Fizik is making gel aero bar pads that are compatible for Profile Design, Syntace and Zipp.
Trisports.com has them, they are $30 and the F-19 pads are $20 at my LBS, i think i am going to get the Gel pads for the extra $10
I have a pair of F-19 arm rest on my carbon stryke aero bars (stock) I have about 1200 miles on them this year and they are flat like a board. Is this standard something I just have to get use to. Or is there a better pad option that I can go with. I looked at the Vision pads at the store and they look like they will last. Can I switch them to something like that It is starting to make my arms a little sore on long rides.
Does every one just replace them and how often.
