What are your favorite recovery food after a long or hard workout?

2 pieces of grilled chicken on organic wheat bread. with a side of rasberries and cottage cheese. mmmmm

I've got to admit that I am a sucker for Chips and Salsa... maybe with some cheese and grilled chicken melted on top. (Melted cheese, not melted chicken. I don't think that would even be possible. :)) Other than that, I like plain yogurt with berries mixed in too.

Chocolate Soy Milk and a large piece of Fruit (Banana, Apple), that's the first thing I'll eat, before I shower etc..,

6 scrambled egg whites (1 yolk thrown in) with low fat cheddar cheese and salsa cooked in butter flavored Pam spray, and a bowl of Scottish oatmeal mixed with ground flax seeds, skim milk, and sugar-free syrup. This is my PWO meal every morning.
