At least I think I am; I am doing the Newburyport Triathlon, 1 other one (not sure yet) and the Cranberry Olypmic Tri. (1st Olympic Tri ever)

12 mile bike
3 mile run
Swim-14:03 really slow but I am pushing to cut this down 2 minutes
Bike-44:07 I am happy with this
Run- 23:24 not so happy with this not enough brick work
