Thanks guys, I appreciate the kind words. Sorry for the late response, I have been out of town visiting a friend who did CDA.
I will try and put together a race report shortly with some pics.
I felt good, and was pushed by the opportunity to break 4 - never thought I would do that at this race with what I have gone through so far this year. Thanks you all for your support- off to train. Lake Stevens 70.3 in 10 days- whew! :eek:

Darn. I'm gonna be at a triathlon in Eastern Wa or else I'd come cheer you on since you'll be in my neck of the woods.
Good luck at Lake Stevens. I bet you'll smoke the course. Make sure you recover well (not that you don't already know that).

Just wanted to say congrats to Matt on his victory at Pac Crest this weekend. He finished the Half IM course at 3:58:59, a very impressive showing.
