Well I did my first Tri Twin Lake Triathlon (1/2 mile swim 15 mile bike and 8k run) and I got a cold 2 days before the race. I still had a great time but I just could not push the way that I train for. Swim was great I sign up for the 22-27 min. time group. I was done in 12:39 I was very happy. Bike was good I seam very slow in my transitions 42:18 (gotta blow the noe) slow in the my transitions again 39:32 run total was 1:34:28 finish 78th out of 500. I was very happy with being that I was so so sick I left paper towel to blow my noe at my towel were my stuff was each stop. Have a cold really sucks!! But I did learn alot.

Nice job, even with the paper towel as wind resistance.

Great race saydee, nice times. Think what you'll be able to do next time without a cold. Good thing... paper towels are biodegradible.

I don't need to get faster, I just need to get older!
