I have on my bike 52/42/30 with 12-25, 9 speed. I never get out of the 52 so.
I just bought Shimano Ultegra 53/39
1. what is the best race cassette to go with (11/21)-(11/23)-(12/21)-(12/23)-(12-25)
also I am looking to do IMWis. 2008 never road the course yet. I average 19.5-22 mph on my rides I want to get 21-25 mph
2.Does it just take time and training or will gears get me there
3 can I get that kind of speed out of 12-25
