Have any of you seen the article in RW (July '07) entitled "What's Your Ideal Weight?"

Most of it seems to rehash what we already intuitively know, but something new it discussed was a calculator that shows what your equivalent race times would be if you were the "ideal" running weight (taken to be 143 lb for men and 110 lb for women). It also handicaps for age (ideal age = 25). I tried it for some of my times and found the results to be plausible, but I'll never know - I'll never get anywhere near 143.

I wish it was that easy to drop 15 years and 40 pounds!:D
