Most tris will have kiddie pools full of water somewhere between the sand and the transition area to rinse your feet off. If not, bring a towel and an extra water bottle and leave it by your bike. Rinse the feet with the water and dry with the towel. You should be good to go!

I personally just have a towel by my bike and just wipe my feet on it but, the alternative i've seen is to get a shallow (only needs to be 6" tall) and fill with a bit of water jump in real quick, and then off you go.

go to walmart and get a plastic tub, fill it with water and leave it at the end of your bike rack. Dip your feet in as you run to your shoes and you'll be good to go. The other people on your rack will appreciate it too.
I just use a towel and wipe my feet off after getting to the bike. But there are a lot of people that use the water tub idea.
I have to towels. I lay one on the floor and have a smaller second one for extra assistance. But I have to confess not one race has gone by where my feet are really clean. There are are always some sand grains in my shoes. I guess the water idea is better.
Hyperactive Trifueler!!!! (I refuse to let the status go :p)
I have a towel for my feet and a bike bottle with water to squirt the sand off my feet and then dry them.
I just use a towel on the ground, quick wipe and go. But I also use vaseline in my run flats to prevent chafing.
Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

I'm running my first tri in about 2 and a half weeks and can't figure out how to properly get sand off my feet after the run across the beach. I looked this up and found three or four posts with answers but they all address Swim-Bike transitions and I'm doing a double sprint so T1 is a Swim-Run transition. I'm highly susceptible to blisters and sand has been a culprit in the past so any suggestions would be much appreciated.
