What should I do this week?
I would stick to your IM training until mid-week and then do a decent taper into the 70.3, which I assume isn't your A race. Don't go into the 70.3 too tired or you may hurt yourself, be rested, even if it mean missing some volume this week.
Use the race as an opportunity to simulate your IM plan. Race in your IM HR zone/pace and practice your nutrition. I know a few coaches often recomend a Half prior to a full to accomplish just that. The 70.3 becomes a great day of IM training.

Florida 70.3? - I'll be there, my taper starts today. I am following the HIM plan taper week that is posted in the training section.
Yep bhanrah..its the FL 70.3...get ready for the heat, my friend! Have your electrolytes ready, 'cause you'll need 'em! I know that HIM plan from last year, but since my "A" race is the IM in July, I'm not so sure it entirely fits.

I need the expert advice of the Trifuelers: I'm training for IMA in July....and I have a 70.3 this coming Sunday. What should this week in training look like, and what should my goal on Sunday be :confused:
