Assuming all the distances are correct, the swim and run will have fairly consistent times, but good is very relative. Some people will tell you that 22 min is fast, others will tell you that 18 minutes is slow. Same with the run. A top AGer will be maybe 35min off the bike.

Bike times will vary from course to course much more significantly than the swim and run depending on hills, wind, etc. On some courses, a 1:05 might be really fast, and on others it will be under an hour.

As far as a good time for a tri, it depends on what you define as good. A couple weeks ago I went a 2:05 and was pretty happy, but my roommate went a 1:56 and was mad about how slow his race was. If you're trying to win, usually you'll have to be under 2 hours. If you're trying to win your age group, usually a bit under 2:10. If you're going for top 20% or so, maybe under 2:20, but those times will vary pretty widely from race to race depending on conditions, the course, and the field. Some races will be won with a 2:10, and others will have ten guys under 1:50.
