Aminoacids Supplements

They're for recovery. If you train really hard, you'll tend to deplete some of them in your body, especially L-Glutamine. I've never heard of any side effects.

So taking them inmediatly after a hard workout would be what's the most reccomended?

Immediately after you need a mix of simple and complex carbs to replenish your glycogen stores. After that, protein or amino acid supplements to repair muscles.

I came across a bottle of aminoacid supplements in my local health-food/nutrition store. Are these beneficial to consujme? If so, should I be caerful with any side-effects or should I take any considerations?
